- Cancellation: In the case of cancellation, we will charge the following fees:
- Up to 90 days prior to start date: 50% of total fees
- From 89th to the 61st day prior to start date: 65% of total fees
- From the 60th to the 31st day prior to start date: 75% of total fees
- From the 30th to the 6th day to start date: 85% of the total fees
- The 5th day prior to start date: 90% of the total fees

In case of a no-show or cancellation after the arrival date, no refund will be made, therefore, if a guest arrives and decides to leave, full payment will be required.
In any circumstances where we can not provide your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and will return the full amount already paid or change the booking dates, at your convenience and subject to availability.
These circumstances can include interruption of internet connection, gas, failure of electricity, or water, strikes, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, closure of airports and ports, political unrest, epidemic, not excluding other reasons of majeure force.
2. Acceptable forms of payment: By bank transfer: The relevant account number will be emailed to you. Please send us a copy of the transfer order. All bank charges will be incurred by you. Please note that a booking is only confirmed once the initial down payment is made.
3. Personal Information upon check-in: It is mandated by Portuguese law governing border control and immigration (SEF), that all guests must provide the following information to the host of the accommodation where you will be staying:

Insurance: Neither agent, operator, nor the proprietor will be held responsible in any way for any accident, illness, loss of personal effects, or change in personal circumstances arising at any time prior to or during the stay. We therefore strongly recommend taking out travel insurance (including health, accident, liability, and deportation).
5. Rights to image and film material: By agreeing to our general terms and conditions you are accepting that Workation Madeira has the right to use any photos, video, and sound recordings which may be produced during your stay. These materials may be used by us for promotional purposes without cost implication or the need for a separate authorization from you. In the event that you do not want us to use content that portrays you, then let us know in writing by email.
6. Disclaimer: While all information is accurate at the time of publication, the content may be subject to updates. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to dismiss any guest/ without any refund in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory behavior.
