The office-based scenario is now transcending into a hybrid or fully remote setting. Many companies realize that change in the workplace is imminent.
Ever since the pandemic struck, much of the office workforce are finding themselves free from the restraints of a 9 to 5 office-based job. As a result, they have adapted their lifestyle based on a new work paradigm.
Since then, working remotely from a different location began gaining much popularity. With the borders slowly opening up, the idea of a remote working holiday was no longer a dream but instead a reality within reach.

THE SPACE
For starters, we provide a comfortable setting with ample living and co-workspace. Each of the seven spacious bedrooms has a workstation. A tastefully decorated open-plan communal area boasts a 72 inch Smart TV for those movie nights. For those MasterChef evening sessions, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Adjacent to the main house is the game room equipped pool table, air hockey, table soccer, mini table tennis, and darts. We also have a separate workspace room with desks and ergonomic chairs. Monitors and a printer are at your disposal.
Our outdoor area features a 4500m2 landscaped garden. The setting is ideal for exercising and perfect for those “zen” moments. Outdoor amenities include table tennis and a trampoline. There is a small plunge pool with a waterfall feature as well as a firepit for those outdoor social evenings. Scattered throughout the garden, you will find tables and chairs, as well as outdoor sofas.

Our vibe is one of balance and being in-tune. We offer a relaxed working environment in a natural setting, balanced with optional after-work group activities. What an amazing place!!
I have visited 70+ countries in my life but rarely seen such a diverse and beautiful place such as Madeira. I can’t name all the things I so massively enjoyed in my two weeks at Figo’s Villa in Santo Antonio da Serra. Anything you could possibly need to set up your work station is available.
